Who among us could not use a little assistance to bring to our attention some exotic locale that we have not yet experienced? For we cannot be expected to know everything about every place that we might like to experience whilst sitting on a bike. Two heads are better than one as they say. This means when two people work on a problem they will will often come up with a better solution than they would if they had worked on it by themselves.

Say for example a freelance blog writer is paid to write a number of three hundred word articles a week in order to provide content in which back links can be embedded for the purposes of search engine optimization. Let us also suppose that the employer has provided and maintains a bunch of blog sites where this content can be posted. It is not inconceivable that some of these blog sites would require maintenance every now and then.
Certainly it is not unreasonable for the freelance writer to bring to the attention of the employer the fact that one of the blog sites was not working properly. In this way one head is providing the other head with information it might not otherwise be aware of. In this way the two people working together form a stronger unit than either one of them working on their own or working separately but in an unconnected manner. Of course one of the heads has to account for the infrequent time when the other head has had a bad day and might be a little snippier than normal. We’re all human after all. This is the reason why we like to blow off some steam by taking bike trips in exotic locales.
